PRM13 Quality Policy

Brecks Engineering LTD recognises that the disciplines of quality, health and safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function. The Organisation views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopting appropriate quality standards.

A level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities. Our quality management system (QMS) applies to all activities of the company and has been developed in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 quality system. The QMS is fully documented and structured in 2 levels, Quality Manual and Operating Procedures.

Our policy calls for continuous improvement in its quality management activities and to achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the QMS with routine operation controlled by the Director / QA representative and the business will be conducted according to the following principles, we will:

  • Laws & Regulations: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying to the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality system
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow a concept of continuous improvement and make best use of its management resources in all Quality matters
  • Communicate Quality Objectives: Communicate our quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the Organisation and to interested parties.
  • Site Wide Safety: Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates and subcontractors and others who come into contact with our work
  • Highest Quality standards: Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish the highest quality standards and to achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the company’s reputation with customers.
  • ISO 9001:2015: Work to achieve compliance to ISO 9001: 2015 quality system with relevant statutory and safety requirements
  • Decisions that Impact Quality: Adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions which may have quality impacts.
  • Training & Responsibility: Train our staff in the needs and their responsibilities with regard to our quality management system

Our policy is also to meet the requirements of other interested parties and in meeting our social, environmental, regulatory and legislative responsibilities.

We have produced quality objectives which relate to this policy and they can be found in document QMF06 Quality Objectives.

This policy is available and communicated to all interested parties, if requested, as well as being made available to the wider community through publication on our Website and Company Noticeboard.
