With our in depth knowledge of the food and drinks industry and our range of engineering capabilities,
we can service all your engineering needs from new machine builds to quick turnaround breakdown repairs.
We offer a prototype one off service through to multiunit manufacture for all our services.
Our in house design department in conjunction with our capability to offer speciality engineering services such as fuse coatings, wear plate machining and machinery design makes Brecks Engineering the place to call when special one off projects need to be quoted for. Our design and machining skills also mean Brecks Engineering are the place to call for obsolete, one off specialist machine parts. Gear cutting, material hardening and plating services in conjunction with machine building are all available.
Our new Mazak 4 Axis CNC Milling Machine in conjunction with our CNC turning lathes means that Brecks Engineering can undertake any machining job with a quick turn round time for one off jobs or multi unit production runs.
Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication work hand in hand with our machining dept to offer a complete engineering service. Our in depth knowledge of and the support of our own food production business means we can undertake any new fabrication work or existing equipment repairs either at our workshop in Elvington or on site.
From small scale rebuilds or repairs to large scale machine builds, Brecks Engineering have the in depth knowledge to design and build the equipment you require. Machine refurbishment and upgrades are our speciality. We offer the complete package including any electrical work, we understand the high standards required in the food industry and that shows in all our work.
Brecks Engineering uses Autodesk Inventor 2021 for all details 3D design projects, using our CAM software we can produce high quality parts with a fast turn around.
